Dispatch & Delivery Terms
On each FUR SE order, you will receive a dispatch estimation. Dispatch is when we send the product to our delivery partner, they will take it from there.
Please note - we are not currently delivering to anywhere where outside of Europe at this time. For more information please contact us directly, or see our stockist section and find a vendor near you.
UK Dispatch & Delivery
Your delivery charge is based on the subtotal of your basket before any discounts are applied.
International Dispatch & Delivery
We now ship to all countries in Europe. Please note - we are not currently delivering anywhere outside of Europe at this time. For more information please contact us directly, or see our stockist section and find a vendor near you for lower shipping rates.
Deliveries to Europe will be charged depending on the final weight of the purchase. We are working on managing stock in Europe and hope to have a more efficient service here soon.
UK Returns
Our returns policy lasts for 14 days from the day of delivery. Beyond this, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Our UK returns are free of charge. Please get in touch for a review of your return, printable returns form and shipping label.
The shipping label and returns form will be sent to the same email address as the order was made. Please attach the label to your parcel and send it via the relevant service.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery can not be accepted.
- We cannot take responsibility for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
International Returns
Our international returns policy remains under UK regulation and lasts for 14 days from the day of delivery. Beyond this, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Please get in touch for a review of your return and a printable returns form. The shipping label and returns form will be sent to the same email address as the order was made, the shipping label cost will be deducted from the item refund.

Please get in contact before returning goods yourself, to receive a returns form and to alert us of your return. As your return may not be recognised. If you choose to return yourself, the goods will remain the customers’ responsibility until they are received at our depot so please ensure they are packaged appropriately to avoid damage during transit. We recommend that return parcels are sent via a tracked service and have sufficient insurance should they be lost in transit.
We recommend that returns with a value of £75 and above are sent via a tracked service and have sufficient insurance should they be lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please allow 5 working days from when your item is received to process your return and refund. You will receive email confirmation as soon as processing is complete. It may take up to 5 working days for the funds to return to your account, depending on your bank and country.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be fully refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
