Can I buy additional parts or replacement parts of FUR SE products?

Does my purchase come with a warranty?
We offer a 1 year warranty on our products from the date of purchase.
The warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not include accidental damage or wear and tear caused by customers or the pets.

How can I make sure that the product is the right size for my pets?

Where can you ship orders?
We ship to all Europe countries in addition to the UK.

When will I receive my refund?
Please allow 5 working days from when your item is received to process your return and refund. You will receive email confirmation as soon as processing is complete. It may take up to 5 working days for the funds to return to your account, depending on your bank and country.
